One of the many benefits for Keystone’s customers is the opportunity to use a “Made in France” label and claim. The integration of Centre 7 will also allow Keystone’s existing entities, Keystone Research & Pharmaceutical and PCC, a platform to showcase the strongest technical, R&D, innovative and cost-efficient value-added technologies and services.

Cary Robinson, president, Keystone, said, “We’re expecting the acquisition of Centre 7 to strengthen the opportunities in the beauty industry not only in the United States market, but also throughout Europe. It’s a well-respected company that manufactures products of distinction.”

Centre 7 has over two decades of supplying high quality products to the cosmetic industry, with a dedicated and personalized approach for each customer, offering tailor-made solutions for nail polish, nail care, perfumes & powders.

Keystone says it has immediate plans to expand the facility for the full-scale production of nail polish, and the anticipated capacity for Centre 7 is filling 30 million bottles annually. The facility is known for its high quality control standards, and is rated for the use of flammable products.
